Ingredients

30 minutes
6 servings
  1. 4 cup- whole masoor dal (soaked overnight)
  2. 2- medium sized Potato
  3. 1/2 tsp- black pepper powder
  4. 1- finely chopped Onions
  5. 2-3 Cloves- finely chopped Garlic
  6. 3-4- finely chopped green chilles
  7. as neededcoriander, finely chopped
  8. 1 tbsp- chat masala
  9. to tastesalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Add potato, garlic, chillies with dal and pressure cook this for about 3-4 whistles with very little water.

  2. 2

    Mash it all and add pepper, garam masala, onion and coriander and salt to taste. Mix well and make round shaped kebabs with it.

  3. 3

    You can both deep fry or shallow fry these kababas

  4. 4

    I have shallow fried these kababs

  5. 5

    Serve it hot with green chutney and parathas
