Add potato, garlic, chillies with dal and pressure cook this for about 3-4 whistles with very little water.

Mash it all and add pepper, garam masala, onion and coriander and salt to taste. Mix well and make round shaped kebabs with it.

You can both deep fry or shallow fry these kababas

I have shallow fried these kababs

Serve it hot with green chutney and parathas
