In a mixing bowl take all above mentioned ingredients

Mix well

Grease a plate with little oil and spread the mixture on it

Steam as usual just like we do for dhokla, approximately for 10 to 15 minutes

Let it cool and then cut in desired shape

Heat some oil on tawa and Sprinkle sesame seeds on it and cut Fritters on it

Shallow fry from both sides till done
