Steps

Wash spinach and keep in hot water for 2 minutes.

Drain from hot water and put in chilled water for to minutes.

Strain from water and grind in mixer jar.

Add spinach puree in wheat flour.

Now add salt, red chilli powder, carom seeds, nigella seeds and 1 tbsp oil in wheat flour.

Make a dough from it.

Heat oil in a wok.

Roll pudis from dough and put in hot oil.

Fry pudis till red and crispy.

Serve pudis with aloo sabzi or chutney.
