Steps

Slice the onion and Mushroom in two pcs. Capsicum in long cuts or cubes

Slit green chillies in two parts and garlic also in two pcs and crush little.

In a pan add oil and add rai jeera and hing some coriander chopped saute well add haldi and garlic

Add sliced onion and saute then add all masala then add chopped capsicum and saute well.

When all things mixed well add salt and cook.

2-3 mins later add mushrooms and don't cover. Let it cook on high flame.

Mushroom contains lot of moisture so don't add water. Within 3-4 mins it will cook.

Check the salt and serve with roti or dosa
