4 litreGroundnut oil
20Maggi cube
to tasteSalt
2 cupsgrounded pepper

Cut the fish and wash with clean water

Get a clean pot place on heat then add little water

Add the fish, maggi and salt

Boil it for 15mins until the water dries up

Get a clean big pan and place on heat

Add G/oil heat up for 5 mins

Add the fish and fry for 15mins.

Remove fish from heat, put in clean container and spray pepper all over

Fried fish is ready
