Mix all purpose flour, cornflour, pepper powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, paprika, salt and water in a bowl to make the smooth batter.

Coat the paneer fingers with the batter.

Roll the batter coated paneer in bread crumbs mixed with Italian seasoning.

Deep freeze the coated paneer for 1hr. Do not overlap coated paneer fingers while freezing.

Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry coated paneer in the hot oil in medium flame.

Take out the fried paneer fingers on a paper napkin and enjoy hot cruncy pander fingers with tomato ketchup and salad.
