Heat oil in a pan.

Add cumin seeds, let it splutter.

Add chopped onion and fry till red.

Add tomato, ginger and green chilli and let it cook for 2 minutes.

Crush paneer and set aside.

Add green peas and salt. Cover for 3 to 4 minutes.

Now add crushed paneer, red chilli powder and turmeric powder.

Mix properly and fry for 2 minutes on medium flame.

Add whole spices powder and coriander leaves.

Switch off flame.

Serve paneer bhurji with parathas.
