  1. 500 gpotatoes
  2. Cooking oil
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 1round onion
  5. 1hot pepper
  6. Dhania

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and slice into stick like

  2. 2

    Heat oil and then deep fry the potatoes till well dried

  3. 3

    Chop the tomatoes with the onion and pepper then add the dhania leaves and mix well

  4. 4

    Serve chips and place kachumbari on top and salt to taste
