Most people like this snack as an evening snack but i like it because they go well together with tea in the morning of milk.
Steps

Put flour in a bowl, mix it with baking powder and sieve.

Add sugar, melt the blue band in a microwave and add. Add in the flour, rub it in to form breadcrumbs

Break eggs into a bowl and whisk them, then add to the flour gently knead the flour using warm milk and cinnamon powder.

Knead the flour until it is smooth/soft and does not stick in your hands. or the bowl you are kneading from.

Let the dough rest for best results.-15 mins. Then dust your working surface and out the dough into an inch thickness.

Cut into desired shapes and deep fry the mandazi in your already hot oil.until golden brown.

Dry in a paper towel then serve.
