Steps

Pick beans to remove dirt.Parboil beans in a pressure pot for 25minutes.

Sieve out the water wash and put back on fire with water not covering it.

Peel the potatoes and keep aside.

Slice onion and grate the ginger and garlic.pour all inside the beans.

Boil for 15minutes and add crayfish,pepper,salt,maggi and potatoes

Boil for 15minutes,pour in the palmoil and boil for 5mins.

Stir very well for 30seconds and cover to boil.

Cut and wash the fish,spice with curry,salt,maggi,

Heat up palmoil and fry.fry for 2minutes.
