wanted something mexican but not the normal and on tight budget and had fresh from garden produce
Cooking Instructions

browng ground beef with peppers , onions and taco seasoning drain greese
- 2
add refried beans to meat mixture to get beans warm then add tomatoes
- 3
brake up chips and cover bottom of 9x13 baking dish use half bag then pour meat and bean mixture over bottom layer then cover with rest of chips and top with cheese bake 350°F for 15 minutes to melt cheese

serve hot top with sour cream if desired also can top with shreaded lettue and diced tomatoes if desired
