Take a bowl add cabbage,greenchilli,corriender leaves,ginjar paste,Ajwani,salt,corriender powder,garam masala powder.

Add besan,wheatflour,maida,oil, milk,makes a roti dough.side it half and hour.

Divide the dough into6same balls.Rolled the roti with the help of rolling board and pin.heat a frying pan,add paratha,nicelyfry this twoside.adding by ghee or butter or oil.

Ready the cabbage paratha.serve with curd.
