Ingredients

20 mins

4 servings

6 cupboiling water
1/2 tspsalt
1 boxelbow macaroni
1 cupcottage cheese
1salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Boil 6 cups water, adding salt to water.

Add macaroni and cook for 15-25 minutes, or until noodles are tender.

Drain macaroni.

Add the cottage cheese and mix well until it is well blended and melted through.

Add salt and pepper, if you desire, to taste.
