This is an easy and delicious low carb favorite in my house. You can eat this alone or serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or in tacos.

4skinless boneless chicken breasts
1Jar of your favorite salsa
8 ozcream cheese

Place frozen chicken breasts in slow cooker.

Pour jar of salsa on top of chicken and cook on low eight to 10 hours or until you can shred with a fork.

Add cream cheese and allow to cook for 30 to 60 minutes
