Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1Cornish Game Hen (cut in half)
  • 1 tbspChicago Steakhouse Seasoning
  • 1Canola Oil
  • 1Brown Sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Set nuwave rack to 1 inch.

  2. 2

    Take cornish game hen and cut out the spine then turn over and cut down the middle of the ribs with kitchen shears.

  3. 3

    Cook breat side down for 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Turn over and brush with oil. Sprinkle on seasoning then cover in brown sugar.

  5. 5

    Cook for 20 minutes more.

  6. 6

    Cover with more brown sugar bast then cook for 10 more minutes.

  7. 7

    Let sit 5 - 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
