  • 2 lbground beef
  • 6tomato chopped
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 2cilantro chopped
  • 2cucumbers
  • 1fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbspsalt

    Have a large salad bowl and lay out ground beef. Chop up onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and cucumber. Add to bowl. Squeeze limes into the bowl over ingredients and salt preferably to taste. Mix all together and refrigerate for 3 hours. Enjoy on tostadas or tortilla chips

No you don’t cook the ground beef before, when I make it I don’t use vinegar, and for the juice I squeeze some limes until I have about a cup of the lime juice, then I just pour it into the raw beef, but I usually do it the day before and let it rest for 12 hrs just because of the fact that it’s ground beef we are working with, takes more time for it to cook
