Ingredients

  1. 1 numberbittergourd
  2. half cupcoconut grated
  3. 3 tbspscurd sourless
  4. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1 numberchilly green
  6. 1/4 tspmustard seed
  7. 1 numberchilly red
  8. 1 tspoil
  9. to tastesalt
  10. 2curry leaves stem
  11. oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the bittergourd in round and thin,sprinkle little salt in to it and  deep fry it, keep aside.

    Make a fine paste with coconut, turmeric powder by adding little water, at last cresh green chilly and  mustard seeds and pour in to a bowl, add enough  salt.

    Heat oil  in a small pan, put few mustard seeds when it starts  to splutter one by one add red chilly,curry leaves.

    Then add the gravy  in to it, before starts to boil remove from fire and pour in to the bowl.

  5. 5

    Allow to cool  then add curd,mix well.

  6. 6

    Finally add the fried bitter gourd,mix and serve.
