Ingredients

  1. 12 cupWater
  2. 4 1/2 cupSugar
  3. 4 1/2 cupSqueezed lemon juice
  4. 1/2 literRaspberry puree
  5. 5 cupEverclear

Steps

    Mix sugar and water heat and stir to dissolve sugar

  2. 2

    Cool

  3. 3

    And lemon juice and puree

  4. 4

    Stir

  5. 5

    Add everclear

  6. 6

    Strain pulp

  7. 7

    Jar and refrigerate

  8. 8

    3-5 cups everclear depends on how strong you want it

  9. 9

    If you use 5 cups it yields 6 quarts and a 1/2pint

  10. 10

    Let sit for 1 month

Would it hurt to leave some of the pulp in it? Or maybe just put some fresh raspberries in it? I like the fruit in mine lol
