First you grind the dal in the mixer

Add green chilli,salt and coriander leaves and long cut onion

Mix well

Heat oil deep fry the vada

Take a cooker put dal,green chilli and turmeric powder

Whistle it 2 to 3

Now take a pan heat 1 tb spoon oil

Add rai, jeera and methi dhanya

Add 1 long cut onion

Saute for 2 min add tomato saute it for tomato is soft

Add samber masala and red chilli mix well

Now take boiled dal beat it add water and salt

Add imli water,add potato and bottle gourd

Boil it now add onion and tomato greavy

Mix well and boil it for 7 to 10 min
