Scrambled traditional (kienyeji) eggs
This is my supper tonight it was so tasty I wanted to share with you guys
Steps

Chop onions and tomatoes.

Place onions in the pan and add cooking oil.
- 3
Stir and they start turning brown add the eggs.
- 4
Stir for two minutes as eggs cook.
- 5
Add tomatoes to cooked eggs and stir a little then cook for them to soften
- 6
Add salt and stir for 2minutes then turn off heat and serve.
