Chop up your vegetables in bits

Allow your pan to dry and add some Shea butter on and allow to heat on a low temperature.

Add your chopped onion, pepper, tomatoes, green peas, beans, carrots and allow to cook for 5-7mins. Add your sardine.

Add your chopped celery, romaine and rosemary and allow to cook for 1 mins.

Add your knorr cubes and salt to taste, and your beaten eggs to fry.
