Inspired from Chef Sanjeev Kapoor's recipe.Just added a few ingredients of my own & omitted the one's I don't prefer.
Glazed Chicken
Inspired from Chef Sanjeev Kapoor's recipe.Just added a few ingredients of my own & omitted the one's I don't prefer.
Steps

In a bowl,mix ginger,salt,mustard paste,orange juice,black pepper,vinegar,red chilli flakes,honey & lemon juice.

Marinate Chicken in this mixture for an hour.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Heat a non-stick pan.Add onions,beans,potatoes,broccoli,onion stems to it & roast for 2 minutes.

Spread the vegetables in a baking tray.Keep the marinated chickens with the marinade on these vegetables.Cook in the oven till done.

Meanwhile,mix orange juice,red chilli flakes,honey & mustard paste in a bowl.Cook it in a pan till reduced to half the original quantity.

Mid-way through the baking,glaze the chicken with this mixture & continue till the chicken is cooked.
