Ingredients

  • 8roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 5spring onions, sliced
  • 4 clovefresh garlic, minced
  • 2fresh jalapenos, chopped (no seeds or membranes)
  • 1 smallred/Spanish onion, chopped
  • 1/2 bunchfresh cilantro, loosely chopped
  • 1/2 tbspextra virgin olive, grapeseed, or avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsplemon juice
  • 1/2 tspground cumin
  • 1 dashliquid smoke
  • 1 dashsalt to taste
  • 1 dashTapatio or similar Hot Sauce, to taste

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. I like mine partially blended and use an immersion blender.

  2. 2

    For best results, cover and refrigerate for a day before serving.
