Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2Black tea bags
  • 1 1/4 cupboiling water
  • 1 tbspSuperfine sugar
  • 2/3 cupripe yellow saturn peach
  • 2/3 cupBabcock (white peach)

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the tea bags in a teapot or heatproof pitcher and pour over the boiling water. Let infuse for 7 minutes. Remove and discard the tea bags. Let chill.

  2. 2

    Pour the chilled tea into a blender. Add the sugar and peaches, and process until smooth.

  3. 3

    Serve at once.
