Boil matumbo for 20 minutes

Prepare onions and tomatoes

Preheat pan with cooking oil

Add onions and give time to cook add tomatoes and some water to cook tomatoes

Add matumbo and salt with some water

Add royco in a bowl with some water then stir and add in the matumbo

Close and leave it to cook

When ready serve with either ugali, chappati or Rice.
