First make patties,. Mix all ingredients and make small flat tikki. And shallow fry it

For ragda heat oil and add paste we made and fry it till it become slightly golden

Now add chopped tomatoes and cooked till it become mushy

Now add onion paste and add chole masala and red chilli powder.

Addsalt and cooked cooked white peas and mix it and let it cook till you see oil on top.

Now take patty in plate pour while peas gravy on top and garnish it with sev, chopped onion and coriander.
