Take hot boiled potato in mixing bowl. And add butter in it and mash it with hand mixer or masher.

Once it is well mixed add cheese, pepper, salt, andmix it againg. Make sure you do it while potatos are still hot.

Garnish it with coriander. Add chilli flakes if you like more spicy
