Had left over chicken so made it into stir fry!! Delicious and healthy.

Had left over chicken so made it into stir fry!! Delicious and healthy.
Steps

Add olive oil in a wok on high heat and add broccoli then lower the heat. Keep stirring until its tender but crunchy. Then keep aside in a plate.

Add a bit of olive oil and add carrots, peppers and left over chicken. Then stir it and after 2 minutes add salt, pepper, lemon and stock cube. Then mix it and add broccoli. Keep stirring on high heat for 5 mins and serve it while is hot.

You can eat it just like that or with rice, noodles, add your favourite sauce to make it saucy or as a wrap.
