Steps

Take a cooker boil the arwi till 3whistle..drain it..

Take a bowl add water and salt mix it well then add chopped karela and keep it aside for 15min..

After 15min squeeze all karela..

Take a pan add oil then add cumin seeds when it pop up add turmeric powder. Fry for 20sec..

Add karela fry for 5min.. Then add boiled arwi fry for 5min..

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, gram masala powder, cumin powder and mango powder mix it and fry for 5min..

Add cashew and sesame seeds fry for 1min.. Then add honey and salt to taste saute..

Add coriander leaves and lemon juice mix it well.. Karela arwi fry is ready to serve serve it by garnish of coriander leaves and sesame seeds...
