  2. 1 cupAarwi/colocasia root
  3. to tasteSalt _salt
  4. 2 spoonOil -
  5. 1/4 teaspoonCumin seeds
  6. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonCoriander powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonCumin powder
  9. Grammasala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. 1/2 teaspoonMango powder
  11. 1 spoonLemon juice
  12. 1/2 spoonHoney
  13. 1 spoonSesame seeds
  14. 1spoon (grated)Cashew
  15. 1/2cupCoriander leaves
  16. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder

Steps

    Take a cooker boil the arwi till 3whistle..drain it..

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add water and salt mix it well then add chopped karela and keep it aside for 15min..

  3. 3

    After 15min squeeze all karela..

  4. 4

    Take a pan add oil then add cumin seeds when it pop up add turmeric powder. Fry for 20sec..

  5. 5

    Add karela fry for 5min.. Then add boiled arwi fry for 5min..

  6. 6

    Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, gram masala powder, cumin powder and mango powder mix it and fry for 5min..

  7. 7

    Add cashew and sesame seeds fry for 1min.. Then add honey and salt to taste saute..

  8. 8

    Add coriander leaves and lemon juice mix it well.. Karela arwi fry is ready to serve serve it by garnish of coriander leaves and sesame seeds...
