Steps

  1. 1

    Hari mirch ko ache se dhoh kar sukha lein.

  2. 2

    Sukha kar mirch ki stamp alag kar dein

  3. 3

    Fir mirchon ko chote tukron mein kaat lein

  4. 4

    Haldi aur namak ko chod kar baki sare masale ko halka garam kar le taki masalon ka moisture khatam ho jaye

  5. 5

    Ab en masalon ko grinder mein dardra pees lein

  6. 6

    Ab kati hui mirchon mein ye dardra Pisa masala daalen fir mustard oil, namak, haldi aur vinegar daal kar mix kar lein.

  7. 7

    Aap ka mirch ka achar tyar hai. Esse kisi kanch ke jar mein bhar kar rakhen aur 2 din ke baad khaana shuru karein.
