Ingredients

  1. 4 piecespork chops
  2. 70 mlsoy sauce (for marinated)
  3. 1/2 tbspwhite pepper (for marinated)
  4. black pepper a lot (for marinated)
  5. 1/4 tbspcinnamon powder (for marinated)
  6. 5spices powder 1/4 tsp (for marinated)
  7. 2 tspchinese oyster sauce (for marinated)
  8. 3 tbspsugar (for marinated)
  9. 100 mlwater (for marinated)
  10. 100 mlcooking wine (for marinated)
  11. 3-4eggs
  12. 8 tbsptapioca starch
  13. 8 tbsppotato starch

Cooking Instructions

    Few quick cuts to keep the chops from curling

  2. 2

    Hammer the pork chops to make it tender

  3. 3

    Place the meat into ziploc then add all materials for marinated

  4. 4

    Stay in fridge overnight

  5. 5

    Next day, coat the meat with egg, tapioca starch and potato starch

  6. 6

    Bake with 220°c(428°F) per side for 10 min, total 20 min

  7. 7

    Pan fry to make it extra crispy!!!
