Chop rhubarb and strawberries in small pieces

In small bowl mix strawberries, rhubarb and honey together.

In a second bowl mix together Brown sugar, granola, and oats

Lay tarts on a baking sheet and add one scoop to each shell with a scoop of the granola mixture over top.
