Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 canof tuna
  • 1/2 cupCream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cupMayo
  • 1 boxof shell noodles
  • 2Celery stalks diced
  • 1/2Yellow onion diced
  • 3Handfuls of crushed potato chips (enough to cover the top of the small casserole dish)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 325

  2. 2

    Sautée onion and celery

  3. 3

    Cook noodles as directed.

  4. 4

    Mix tuna with mayo and soup.

  5. 5

    Once noodles are cooked mix into tuna and mayo mix.

  6. 6

    Spoon into casserole dish. Sprinkle crumbled potato chips on top.

  7. 7

    Bake for 30 mins or until potato chips are browned.
