Steps

Soak daal 4 hours.

Strain from water and coarsely grind with chilli and ginger.

Add all ingredients except oil in daal.

Mix everything properly.

Heat oil in a wok.

Put small pakodas in hot oil.

Deep fry pakodas till red and crisp.

Remove from oil and serve hot with green chutney.
