Ingredients

30-40 minutes
4-6 Persons
  • 1Kilo chicken leg and thigh
  • 2 teaspoonssalt
  • 2 teaspoonscrushed black pepper
  • 1 tablespoonChinese cooking wine
  • 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 1 tablespoonsesame oil
  • 1/4 cupginger juice (grate then squeeze the ginger)
  • Chives or spring onions

Steps

30-40 minutes
  1. 1

    Combine all the ingredients together and marinate the chicken overnight (at least 2 hours).

    Remove from the marinade. (Keep the marinade for the sauce).

  3. 3

    Fry the chicken until cooked all the way through then let it rest for 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    On a small sauce pan, pour the marinade and boil it for 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Plate the fried chicken, then using a spoon, drizzle all the cooked marinade over the chooks.

  6. 6

    Garnish with chopped chives or spring onions. Bon appetit.
