  • 1/3 lbGround beef
  • 2Potatoes
  • 2eggs
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1salt
  • 1black pepper
  • 1onion powder

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Dice potatoes into cubes. Fry in olive oil for ten minutes or until soft.

  2. 2

    Add ground beef to pan with potatoes. Also add your seasonings. Cook until brown. (should be pretty quick).

  3. 3

    Fry the eggs.

  4. 4

    Add potatoes and beef on a plate, cover with the fried egg. Eat.
