Preheat oven 400°

Cube potatoes and onion and put in a large glass baking dish

Add all spices to taste and mix with hands

Put the sticks of butter on top and cover pan with aluminum foil. Place in oven and bake until potatoes are soft (30 - 45 minutes)

Take out of oven and then add cheese
