Ingredients

  • 2large pork steaks
  • 1 packageslipton onion soup mix
  • 1 canfrench onion soup
  • 1/2 cupmushrooms
  • 1egg
  • 1/4 cupdried bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 tbspdried mustard
  • 1 tbspold bay seasoning

    Preheat oven to 300°F

  2. 2

    13 x 9 dish sprayed for sticking

  3. 3

    Mix this in bowl and if dry add another egg. Take pork steak and rub mixture on. Place in a 13x9 dish extra add on top of meat rubbing out over meat

  4. 4

    Add mushrooms on top and soup of meat cover and bake on 300 for 60 minutes till done.
