Ingredients

4 servings

3 cupZucchini Raw
1/2Onion
4Eggs
1/2 cupOil
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
1/2 cupPecorino Romano Cheese
8 ozMozzarella Cheese
1 cupBisquick

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F

Chop Zucchini into cubed sized pieces

Grate both cheeses and set aside

Beat Eggs in a large bowl

Add all other ingredients into large bowl, one at a time

Mix well together

Grease large pie plate

Add final product to greased plate
9

Bake in oven for 45 min until top is golden brown
10

Let sit for 10 min before serving
