  1. 6pieces chicken
  2. 1 tbspred pepper flakes
  3. 1/2honey
  4. 1 tbspbutter
  5. 1/4mustard

  1. 1

    season chicken to your liking. I do garlic and tonys. set in a baking dish. mix all the ingredients together and pour over chicken.

  2. 2

    cook at 350 for 45 minutes or until done. every 15 minutes base chicken in its juices so it won't dry.
