1 tbspyeast
1 tspsalt
water

Mix all the ingredients together and add water slowly till you obtain a soft dough

Cover it with a clean napkin and let it rest for 1 hour or more

On a well-floured surface.roll the dough out and start to make circles

In a hot and non stick pan. Grill both sides of the bread
