Ingredients

  1. 4 largeor 8 small red potatoes. If using lg. slice in half before mashing
  2. 2 clovefresh garlic, minced or sprikle garlic powder
  3. salt & pepper
  4. parmesan cheese
  5. 1olive oil
  6. 2 slicebacon
  7. butter
  8. 1 bunchchopped parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes until fork tender. If using lg. red, slice in half, than using a potato masher, or bottom of a glass jar, mash potatoes.

  2. 2

    Drizzle with olive oil. Season with above ingredients as desired, and cook at 350 for 25-30 mins. Finish with butter of desired.
