Evenly spread black pepper, garlic salt on both sides then put it in a slow cooker at 400°F for five hours

Ad a cup and a 1/2 water every hour .

About two 1/2 hours later or so lower heat to 275°F. Then when done shredd or pull pork then make your tacos

Sorry don't forget to inject smokey liquid in non cookedloin before putting in slowcooker
