Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 3 lbyellow crooked neck squash
  2. 1/2 largeonion, chopped
  3. 1 tsponion powder
  4. 3/4 tspsalt or to taste.
  5. 1/4 cupolive oil, extra virgin
  6. 1 tbspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan. Add onions.

  2. 2

    Slice the squash into medallions.

  3. 3

    When onions are soft add squash. Add salt and onion powder.

    Put heavy caramelization on the squash and onions.

  5. 5

    When done add butter stir well let sit 5 minutes. Serve, hope you enjoy!
