Heat Buffalo milk and let it get warm. Jab warm ho jaye then add vinegar and keep it aside for 30mins.

Now take another milk for boiling and reduce it to half. Then add kesan syrup, elaichi powder, and dryfruits and add sugar accordingly.

Now in another kadhai add 1 1/2 cup sugar with 2 cup of water and let it boil.

Abhi vinegar wale dudh ko malmal ke kapde main utar re aur uspe thanda pani dale. Abhi usko aur kuch samay ke liye aise hi rehne de.

Abhi paneer ko nichod le aur ek flat surface par laye aur usse soft hone tak masle. Usme cornflour dalke aur thoda time masle aur uske chote chote gole banaye.

Paneer ke chote chote golo ko chashni main dalkar fulkar upar aane tak pakaye. Aur usse thoda nichod ke unhe kesar wale doodh main dal de. Serve karein.
