Ingredients

  1. 4bread slices
  2. 1-1/4 tbspoil
  3. 5-6 tbspbesan (gram flour)
  4. 1/2 tspajwain (carom seeds)
  5. Pinchturmeric powder
  6. Pinchhing
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 1green chilli finely chopped
  9. 1onion finely chopped
  10. 1capsicum finely chopped
  11. Water
  12. 1 tbspcoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a better by making flour onions capsicum carom seeds all spieces

  2. 2

    Make a thick batter by adding water as per needed

  3. 3

    Heat pan with oil

  4. 4

    Dip the slice of bread in a batter

  5. 5

    Cook toast on low medium flame untile little golden in colour

  6. 6

    Serve hot
