Beat the eggs in a bowl.

Chop the onions tomato and hoho into very small pieces

Add in the egg and whisk and add salt.

Heat the oil up in a frying pan.

Add the egg mix and allow to cook

Flip and cook the other side

Plate and add the bread slices and enjoy
