Steps

First make thick batter from rice flour and thick coconut milk. Mix it and take the lumps out.

Now add green chilli and coriander. Add salt and mix it.

Add water and make it thin batter. Pour a glass of batter on non stick pan and rapidly move and spread batter on pan. No need to use any spoon. Sprinkle little oil and let it cook on low flame. When you see net clearly take it off the flame and serve it.
