2egg yolks
1 bagof chocolate chips (optional)

Use the white chocolate sauce and the white chocolate whipped cream recipes for this.

Chill them throughly, and beat the two egg yolks into the chilled sauce.

Blend the mixture according to the directions of your ice cream maker. Also chocolate chips may be added if desired.
