boil the chicken breasts in the water until they're firm and cooked through

while the chicken is in water slice the spring onion, ginger and chop the chili.

remove the chiken and add the chili spring onion, ginger and the riesling. and let it boil for 10 minutes

then add the noodles and give it 2 mintues. while you slice the chicken in 1cm thick slices

add the chicken and ready to serve.
